Well I would do away with the tele Kabu but we get free licence and it is such aggro canceling direct debits. If it went wrong I would count that as a positive.

Kabuski, I will always believe there are 'good' people in this world - why,
HERE YOU ARE ~ and W-John and well, good people attract good people (most of the time)...
- yes it's a good thing this tellie stuff will be rectified and all the savings is remarkable. We have 2 tellies in our hill country home, 3 in this one and I promise you - the one's in the hill country are hardly on except for weather station --- and these, well, it's a plain and simple bunch of noise --- I keep my on low but the others, I often ask: "are you hard of hearing because???" LOL --- and the savings - I didn't think of that. I love your photo there - gorgeous. Good catch!!!! Connie Elyse xoxoxo thinking of y'all in the world of winter there.

Sometimes I think I'd be better off as a Luddite...
No TV, no internet, cook all my own meals from scratch (not over an open fire, not in this weather) -- but then I think of how silent the hours would be, how much eating I'd have to do to occupy my time. I visualize myself waddling down the street to the convenience store, picking up munchies, since as a "back to nature" buff I couldn't drive the Betsy to the supermarket with its produce aisles. Perhaps those "simpler times" weren't all that wonderful after all.

That is so awesome. We have wanted to arrange our viewing to only those stations we like for years, no they say. Take this or that group. We cut our TV down to only the basics last week. That is not much, but saves a lot. I love that photograph.
