FSI --- I do like how you place the A B C in the readers eyes and also about the lease? 9 years is a while yes and by then you may have a few more bays you want to add. I think you have a good head on your shoulders.

Well you certainly know the business FS. Here's to mud on the cars. A bit might interest you before anyone gets in on the act. In the supermarket park today there was a band of uniformed men with a cart spraying mud off of cars and giving them a bit of a buff up I suppose. You see it is mostly pensioners who go in the week and I suppose they just tiddle around and don't use a lot of gas. They were charging 5 pounds a throw, I did see a couple of cars getting the once over but they were very muddy. I don't know how effective it would be,.not if it was muddy underneath more cosmetic I guess.

I agree with sam..the friendliness of the workers,
and the overall appearance of the place make all the difference in the world..I will go back to a particular car wash if I feel welcome

I think it is so marvelous the way you take pride in keeping the location presentable! It does make a difference! People do seem to be the reason for being attached to a given location! Again, you have done a very nice job of presenting your argument for the ranking! sam
