LET THE LIGHT OF THE LORD CHASE AWAY THE DARKNESS OF DEPRESSION, I BELIEVE IT WAS ABRAHAM LINCOLN WHO ONCE SAID THAT HE COULD SOMEWHAT UNDERSTAND HOW SOMEONE COULD LOOK DOWN INTO A MUDHOLE AND WONDER IF THERE WAS A GOD, BUT HE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ANYONE COULD GAZE INTO THE HEAVENS AND NOT BELIEVE THERE IS A GOD, LOOK UP YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWETH NIGH, LOOK UNTO THE HILLS WHENCE COMETH YOUR HELP, I TOO HAVE HAD DEPRESSION AT TIMES, ESPECIALLY IN THE WINTER, IN THE NORTH WHERE WINTER IS THE LONGEST,  THEY TREAT DEPRESSION BY HAVING A PERSON COME IN EACH MORNING AND LAY ON A BED SURROUNDED BY LIGHTS, THEY SAY IT IS AMAZING HOW WELL IT WORKS, I HAVE FOUND THAT GODS LIGHT SHINING IN MY HEART DOES THE SAME THING, MAY GOD BLESS YOU, HAVE A BLESSED DAY
