I don't think they like it if you have a glass or two of port Kabu. I know it is a bit drastic, but that white wine you knock back doesn't seem to have much effect. I like to dream when I am still awake you can choose better that way, gremlins don't get a look in.

Why is it that when I dream, and remember what I dreamed, it is most often an exaggeration of some nasty incident of the past? I don't like those kind of dreams.

Kabu, I still remember the movie "Gremlins", and they really
were nasties...they tried to make them look cute in the movie, except for one of course, a real troublemaker...in fact he or his clan may have been behind your headache (no pun intended)!
(I had a headache by the time the movie ended..
..)....

Hope and pray the little demons. the dreams and the headache all go away...too much cold can have bad effects on a person, who knows what may be the cause, otherwise. I have dark dreams at times too and want them to leave. I try to figure out if they are rooted in any circumstance in particular or have any real meaning. Take care.

Oh, sorry about the headache, Dear Kabu!
Hope it is long gone by now along with the gremlins; they sure have some sharp little teeth..:) I think you're onto a cure with the music - usually banishes 'em back into hiding!

I hate those kinds of dream visitations.
I think they came to you this time because you've been worried about your homeland, the floods and all. That worry isn't helped by news reports, all the "disturbances in the force." It's a wonder we're not all on Prozac. I think we all need to get on YouTube and look for clips of babies laughing. Just keep finding photos of puppies and silly stuff until we push the blues off the pages of our minds.

Gremlins...I'm sure we have those in England, only we call them teenagers.
I don't even know what Tylenol is, but I darn sure tootin' know that i take sleeping pills called zopiclone - you'll dream for no Gremlins with those babies.
Also, I hate headaches myself so hope you're feeling better now...coffee does actually help get rid of a headache even though it's difficult to stomach. Something to do with the caffeine restricting the blood flow to the brain...
