I also have thought many times I was at the edge of that black hole Kabu mentioned... I might have even falling in a time or two... and yet things got better, and that is what you have to remember, that things DO get better and that what seems unsurmountable today... tomorrow may look as unimportant. My grandmama ( it seems I am remembering her more and more each passing day :-)) Anyway ... my grandmama used to tell me that when one gets top the end of one's rope, one should say a prayer, tie a knot and hang on... so say your prayer and hang on dear and you'll see things improve . there was a time in my life when I felt as though I was sitting on the
edge of a black hole...can you believe that about happy chappy Kabu. It helps to write it all out and here is a pretty much non judgmental spot. sending you big hugs.
