What a nice fantasy.  I still feel magical around dragonflies, despite the other conditions.

Ah I believe... and you know I must tell you dear Kabuski - My sisters name was Regina Belle - and she swore by the color 'blue' that it was perfected just for her.  I do follow rather watch butterflies closely as they seemingly are the flutter of angels wings, fairy wings, the wings that bring such beauty to my heart and remind me of my Regina Belle and my mother as well.  I got tears from this story - ah yes, fairy rings and butterflies, Fairies and angelic imaginings is what all this is and it simply revives the youth in me ~ to shine like this would be a blessing.  You Kabuski, write so well and I think this could be an addition to a small book of Fairy Imaginings to Sightings, eh?  oxoxox Connie Elyse

I used to follow butterflies
all around the garden and used to get stressed when my young 'friends' tried to catch them in nets

That's the wondrous part of dreams -- especially waking dreams.
You can be your free self, not the old soul in a tired body.  I enjoyed this so much!

Oh dear Kabu what fun they had as children, don't you think the kids miss things today. it is alright to be able to play with man made gadgets , but one wonders if imagination is being replaced by flickering images

You really put yourself in this, I can see you as that wee Faery making two older ladies have a contented nap. Was that my mother I saw in that? Flora? I loved it all darlin',
