You deal so much with insomnia on a regular basis that your body has to revolt at given points just to recharge! I am glad the party went well and you were happy you attended! I loved the life insurance discussion, what a conversation rerouter it can be! he Wings shall prevail today! GO WINGS GO!!! I bet you get a present anyway! lol It's good they care so dearly for you but I can appreciate the side that says let me handle it as well! sam

Hey lady I have no part in that insurance exchange...So you take some measures toward sleeping better. It may be that you need to see the doctor or soak in the little baking soda, epsom salts and table salt for a bit before going to bed. Drink warm milk with nutmeg, just a tad....sleep and load up on vitamens and B12. Now Mama has yelled because I love you and want you well and rested.

I see the others already mentioned the D, so I don't have to (so why did I?), and get some rest (Geeze, I'm beginning to sound like my mother...)

I think Kabu may be on to something. You don't get much
sunlight that far north this time of year -- so a couple thousand IUs of D might just put you back on kilter. It's also not expensive...
