What a beautiful picture.  I could feed on that winter scene until spring comes round again.

We love the snow here too and look across the river at your mountain and ours too from a different vantage point.

As so often, just catching up here - and yes, 'your' Demons have indeed arrived, grrrrr...As to the shoveling, well - unless it gets really, really heavy, (which it hasn't yet), my LSW insists on doing it, for the exercise! Hey, I believe in exercise, I'm not gonna deprive people of theirs...LOL

And I love the view...

Dunany Demons. HMMNNNNNNN related to my Gnomes. I am going

to have to research this for sure.....I know a lot of Gnomes are wintering in Australia this year..........but this is intriguing.

We all know that I love the snow too so I am one happy little Aussie blooming where I am transplanted to.

Fantastic photo but OH it's so cold --- I can feel my toes aching and muscles as well thinking of the trek (of course I loved to cross country) and the thick of it all.  AD you have such a great warmth in your personality - I think those Dunany Demons or Gnomes, gnome matter will not dare demonize or grieve you --- I like your writing ~  (always makes me happy) Elyse

Lovely shot
but I bet it's freezing on the other side of that lense?

I don't mind the snow, when I can sip cocoa and watch it out the window.
But I dread falling on the ice and busting a hip. So I don't get the fun out of winter that I used to. Still, I love the photo on today's post, and even though it's nothing to do with me, I faithfully watch the school closings -- Snow days were the best!
