Re: Re:
Cc -This is fantastic history you share.  Albeit it sad about the pneumonia and 3 times... I felt the Father and Son dialogue here.  I do enjoy your memoirs and remembrances.  Write On!!! E.E.

Re:
It is funny how things came back to memory E.E. When my father was first married he worked in his Aunt's small shop. Her husband had a round, he toured the villages with a horse and cart selling small goods and paraffin. My father bought the round lock stock and horse. I just remember sitting on the cart and it was raining. It was the first of many awful decisions he made leading to pneumonia three times in later years and I was drawn into the process unfortunately.

Okay I like this Cc --- (again) - the banter between the 2 horses and I imagine yes, cart before the horse scenario - the readers being set up here for another round of horseplay - no seriously - this is great.  You have imagination that won't quit. Sorta reminded me of father and son dialogue ~ elder and young -  E.E.

ahhh, so there may be more horseplay soon...
very visual, C.C. ...it is easy to picture the two horses chatting away, chomping apples and cleaning their hooves.....
