My Doc suggested that I take Vit. D supplements because my grandma, my mom and other womenfolk in my family have had strokes.  Now my Sis just four years older than me is in the hospital with a stroke.  It is mostly effecting her balance and her Doc says she probably won't get much better.  She is the great-great-grandma of Baby Abigail (flower on hat).  I have been taking the Vit. D supplement for about six months now.  I hope it is doing some good.

Interesting.  Another reason to stay with vitamin D.
