You mentioned "Clara" sage oil
Not to be picky but I am wondering if this is an EO that I have missed.  I use clary sage for many things.  So typo or something I have missed?

I think that I shall buy me some walnuts in the shell and crack six of them a day.  That seems the easiest and the least expensive and the tastiest to me.  I hope that is English walnuts you are talking about.  Black walnuts are too difficult to crack and pick.  Good info.
