The same lights -exactly the same- were seen over a period of time in central Texas in 1964 -or 1965. Someone at that time apparently got a close-up view of one of them with a telescope or binoculars. I believe his description was something like: ' A large light with many clusters of smaller lights that looked like Christmas Lights (?) swarming around inside it.'

Maybe it had something to do with the baseball playoffs.
