Dear adondr

What you are dealing with is the dirty work of business ownership. It must be done and clean cut. I wonder if this other person can, in the time you are allowing her/him to work before leaving, do you more harm or steal documentation. Do what you have to do. All people are not as honest and forthcoming as you are. Be blessed.

I agree about the glitz, glitz is not glamor and rose growing up out of the ground is glamor. Be blessed friend.

It's sad that some people have no real concept of loyalty, especially since nobody ever trusts a turncoat anyway.  I am glad you find your smiles easily, it does make for a much better day

You are more than generous with your time frame! For me, it is about a breach of trust and it can't be tolerated in the work place! Those types of individuals take the wrong people down to cover their own butts! You reminded me of a poem regarding Indian Summer and i am going to post it today for you! It has to be a time of unseasonable warmth because we are experiencing the same in my desert valley! And, on Vegas, it's way too bright for me too! One trip is usually enough for anyone! sam

I am in love with BUD ~ Oh my goodness --- that's a DOG ~ I wanna cuddle with him.  awww thanks for this AD! and yes, confidentiality breach should not be tolerated.  My best to you ~ Elyse (hope you got at least a few more winks in nap; doggy snores do that to me too )

I wouldn't give the blabbermouth until the end of the week.
I'd give 'em ten minutes to pack up their personals and exit stage right. If they have notice, they could inflict sabotage, and if they'll go behind your back for one thing, it's a small step. Folks get vengeful when they're fired...  Pay to the end of the week, fine. Whatever severance is fair. But their actual presence OTJ?  not so much. Recover all keys, change the passwords. Better safe than sorry.
