Where have all the pianos gone
A very mysterious poem

Thanks all of you for the lovely comments

I wrote this poem while at a friend's book launch & poetry festival weekend.  He had invited me, along with several other poets, to read from and sell our books.  Though I didn't make a lot of sales, I did sell to a couple of poet laureates.  I guess that makes me a poet's poet.

Re: I still have not seen what I purchased, do you have a clue why?
Just looked at it from my side, and it said the payment was waiting on PayPal confirmation.

Excellent, it has me pondering, too! They don't seem to be a highlight any more! It's been years since I've had one in the house myself! sam

A poem that reminds us of how much times have changed.
