ur story of trying to make a splash, in a very big pond, is very similiar to mine. i have been writing for myself and my family for years. my novel is not near done but blogit gives me a format to pursue other goals. i hope you find what your looking for and i hope i find spell check soon as well!

Just Checking ...
As often as possible, I like to check through newer blogs ( esp. fiction ) -for new entrys. So, really no new comment other than, again, I will look fwd. to seeing your work! P.S. -IF- you have an interest in supernatural tales, you may at some point like to visit a novel I have in the fiction section. I have 2 blogs there. The 1st. listed -NEW MASTERS-WHAT HAPPENED?- is NOT the actual story. The story is listed several blogs down and listed as : MASTERS OF NEW REALITIES -NEW ENTRY. --A N Y W A Y-- I will check back! (usu. about weekly ). ( note: of necessity, the novel is arranged in reverse order - last chpt. 1st. )

Great! This place is awesome for rekindling the spark of passion for a bit of writing. There was a children's book that I had been working on for a few months and couldn't seem to get anywhere with. When I began posting the chapters here, a few readers began following faithfully. With their enthusiasm for finding out what was going to happen next (!), I was sucked in to finding out for myself what was going to happen next. With this kind of encouragement, I ended up finishing and publishing the book.
