Sam, my son is a Warrant officer in the U.S Army he joined fifteen years ago as a Private and worked his way up from there.  He has been in every major campaign since he joined; God has protected him through it all. I am proud of my son and yours for their service to us who have to stay behind. I am reminded of a prayer that I was taught it is from Psalm 91 it goes like this (I prayed this a lot when my son was in harm’s way) because (your son’s name) has made, and make sure he has, made the lord his refuge, even the most high his dwelling place, no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling; for he has given his angles charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. In there hands they shall bear him up, lest you dash your foot against a stone. And he shall tread upon the lion and the Cobra, the young Lion and the serpent he shall trample under foot. Because he has set his love upon him I will deliver him I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He shall call on me and I shall answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation. Let this be your declaration every day.
