There is something awful and creepy about a stalker. Nothing good ever comes of it. A person has to be off balance to stalk someone.

A mother's guilt over having the authorities get involved
would be nothing compared the the grief and guilt if he ended up killing himself or someone else. I'm sorry for everyone who has to deal with a situation like this.
