My sympathies, Pat-B. We have clients coming in with all their papers in cardboard boxes, helter-skelter, documents missing...sometimes for 2 to 3 years. These same people are the ones who need it immediately (have received a nasty letter from the government) then yell when they see the hours charged on their bill!
