It sounds like current events to me...we do not that I can tell,  seem to have outgrown ourselves, but I wish we had.  Powerful.

lol!  I wrote a poem called cacaphony a while back, too!  It was just about my daily kitchen headaches, though, not nearly as deep or twisted as this one.  Love it!

This is a bit deep for me Sir I can only conclude that it is a religious poem and the artist is half cut and going to prepare a stew. On the other hand one has that awful feeling that the writer is conveying thoughts which may be conveniently unrecognised. Interesting.
