This Thing Called Anger
Your anger appears to be very real. Have you ever tried asking your anger to go away ,or What purpose does it serve? Maybe if you can speak to your anger, some of it may go away.

powerful.  repressed anger can be sublimated via therapy, or the grieving process;  also related to depression, right?

three deep breaths come to mind but I understand how hard it must be when you loose control.

I can relate well to anger. I had married an alcoholic and after a decade I was angry all the time.  After I researched the root of it, I discovered I was angry because I was afraid people could hurt me and my child and that I had no defence. I have since learned to identify what I need and to speak it. If I can say my feelings without yelling he listens. Things have gotten a whole lot better.
