Swamp coolers
We still have the coolers you talk about here in utah. They are placed on the roofs of houses and they do a good job of keeping it cool inside. It is in the 90's today and most of the summer it stays there and higher. We don't have the humidity though. I,m probably not to savvy with the computer but I have a problem reading your posts. They are full screen and I have to scroll back and forth to read them. Others might have the same problem too. Can you give me any suggestions on how I can make them fit my screen as the other posts do? I would like to read more but I'm a lazy man, thanks Utah Jay

I believe a lot of people suffered through the hear before air conditioning and I am so glad I was not one of them! It would be so very uncomfortable! sam
