Hi Kabu it's just like Wiley said rub some in, you will get through the pain threshold as you get older, I used to employ a man to cut my grass a couple of years ago and now I do it myself, you will toughen up, it takes time.

Like dear Pat a Sauna would be lovely ...or a gentle massage, since neither

is an option here in the boonies I willsettle for working through the pain with gentleexercise, walking and planning and time on my computer. Maybe I shalldeclare it a PJ DAY.

THANK YOU FOR SO MANY ENCOURAGING AND LOVING COMMENTS......everyone is my favourite blogger.

Somehow I think most beauty has a little pain behind it
and it seems your garden will be no difference... I hope it passes swiftly though

Days like this, when it aches all over, I wish for a sauna.
When I was working out with my daughter a few years back, that sauna would loosen everything that had got too tight, and I could move like I'd just been oiled.

GOOD ADVICE
I can already relate to this even though Im around ten years younger.  Thinking back to my young years what stands out to me is how I never felt tired,  and now its hard to remember how that feels. Its good advice to 'push through the pain', this I do each day, because really the only other thing to do is die.   PS.  Thankyou so much for reading me and your kind words. I think I have about another 10 days left here, then off for just a while.  Also, I have only just read your 'about me' page and was quite touched. How wonderful.

Kabumom ... I hope you both
get unfroze quick. A hot bath might work for you but I don't know what to do with a frozen computer. Put it out in the sun?

I have not reached that point yet. I've known of people whose joints will get achy before a rain as well.

Oh, dear! I'm right there with you, 'Bu! My right knee hollers at me when it's raining. A nice leftover from an old injury.  Today was not, incidentally, very productive...and that's okay!

Well, I hope you can get the garden looking lovelier with no pain of course Kabu. But with all the attention it is getting worldwide, it would be inevitable I think.

I ended up with a stiff and painful neck today simply because I grabbed the wrong pillow to sleep on last night.  Granny has to have everything just right.  LOL.
Sorry you are hurting.
