I don't know how I get so behind in my reading other people's posts.
So here I am seven days late and glad I stayed out of your way on your bad day.

I agree, mon ami Wiley
And that is the plan as soon as I get rested up. I don't want to fall to sleep in the middle of our chat...it has happened to me more than once lately....embarrassing or what?

Oh no, Nautikos!!

I'm sorry it traveled to you, but I sure wasn't going to harness it to keep it here! I hope it has moved on?

The Blogit site I mentioned was this one. The post was a copy of what I had written for my family blog. Geez - I can't seem to keep up in here with just one Blog, let alone attempt to write another!

I don't know, Sam
I deal with tax season every year, but can't remember having this kind of thing happen before. Don't want it again, either!

Re: Sorry
Thanks, Justi and yes, thankfully it has moved on. That's pretty much the method I used too - LGLG, without using those exact words, and it worked.

Thanks, Darson.
And you're right, LOL - half the frustration IS not being able to snap out of it. It had me completely baffled. No more of those days for me, please!

Re: Ah love this really was a black day, it just doesn't sound like our normal
Fortunately it isn't a normal day for me, Kabu, and had disappeared by the next morning. Glad you guys were out and about, and you have a wonderful smile!

Re: Black day blues
Great little poem there, Pat-B, and that's exactly what I did in the end - go to bed and hoped it would fly. It worked, LOL!

And I forgot to ask:
You have another site on Blogit? Why don't I know about that...

It might be the let down from the hectic tax season! I know what you mean about being unable to yourself out of it! sam

Sorry
We all have them once in a while and I am sorry yours came yesterday. I only hope it has moved on today and will stay away for a very long time. I do not meditate any more I do practice LGLG (Let Go and Let God) I tell God, if you can't get rid of this you are sleeping so I am leaving it in your hands while I sleep awhile myself... When I awaken I expect you will have taken it away because: you are able, you love me and I trust you. He always does.

A 'black day' is a good term....that's very descriptive. Have had a few of those, and was cringing at your post...sounds all too familiar. Half the frustration is not being able to snap yourself out of it, which only (almost humorously, but after the fact, of course) adds to the bad day. Been there!

Ah love this really was a black day, it just doesn't sound like our normal
clever strong brave friend. It was lovely today though I agree and we spent the day out and about and smiling ourselves.

Black day blues
The feeling life is crap and then you die,
is a mood that bids sweetness goodbye:
no little pill
can induce you to chill.
So just sleep and hope it will fly.
