RSM, thank you for this clear, concise, and illuminated report. i do disagree with your interpretation. The first ammenment guarantees free speech, but not the type that would cause injury to the society -- for example freedom to shout "fire!" in a crowded theater. Or to phone in bomb scares. These new cases only extend that same protection to minorities. I see nothing wrong with that.
