FSI - I have a whole box full of 50 cent coins...if that is anything to go by. I have a collection of enclycopedias and this and that and I know exactly what you mean. Thanks so much for your visit and Yes I was in a total state of sleep deprived someone when I wrote the poem.

Uggh, I can relate. I collect sunglasses and shoes. And I always wear the same half dozen pair, while the rest go by the wayside. It's silly...

I saw where your Orioles took out Boston in 10! Hopefully that will get them going! They are a far better team than their record shows, but they are young, too! sam

I think many of mine happened unintentionally, too! I love my books, but also enjoy collecting lighthouses! The good ones! lol sam

That is so funny. It's because most people don't even talk about it. It's funny, because I also collect movie ticket stubs - Why? I don't know. Books is my #1 thing. I threw away about 5 pair of reading glasses the other day that were broken. They were from the dollar store and it was stupid to try to even fix them.  I AM going to get rid of more stuff this spring, but it probably won't be books.

From a 'collector' now vendor - I appreciate collections but, as I say, I now try to sell them.  It can become a 'trap' as such.  Good luck.  Elyse
