its like the person that was suppose to releave me, she hadnt showed up for at least an half hour, and I am sure she has done this many times, but she is still employed but the boss had to come to to take over, wonder if she is still employeed.

I think was handled fairly and that this in fact, helped this young lady - She will be able to recall this when/if she ever leaves for another job.  Elyse

Attitudes can certainly make it difficult to work together - the last thing you need at your place of work actually. It will surelyispel the need for team work.

It's tough employing and also holding down a job. Disputes, attitudes and
sometimes just not knowing what the expectations are can make life difficult for working together.

She certainly has been enough opportunity! I think employees need to reach expectations at a minimum to keep their jobs! It is only fair to company in my humble opinion! sam

talking about firing people is usually way premature.  a good leader coaches the employee.
