Certainly, Sam, a year is certainly a long time... and yes, there are many who are excellent cooks that others would never thought to be... I guess my youngest uncle was one of them... *grinning*

A year is a long time to go without cooking! And I have been surprised in my life with people who were excellent cooks that I otherwise would never have thought to be! sam
