You say sweet things always. I was feeling so sleepy and the eyes were leaden, another one is "where are you these days?" Thanks dost. When one, over years of practice of remaining conscious, is established firmly, then he becomes like a sponge or like a spread of liquid cement ... whatever falls, holds. And of course you say it perfectly exerience is the first teacher we have. You are a very dear dost for me. .

Yes, to an extent it does; in fact it is more like a decline in the physical and adjusting with the situations which we are somewhat unwilling to do when we are younger. But elevations of the heart upon seeing the beauties that lies all around in Nature, some who care for injured animals, or dedicate themselves to a cause, slowly and gradually become more sensitive and absorb a lot to become better human beings - with more peace. Thanks Kabu.

Oh Elyse, you say all this so beautifully. It's not even the physical isolation but the mental isolation that is important, then one can be in a crowd and still be away from it. The detachment keeps awareness very, very sharp - an observer at best, but not involved and one can become evolved, become full, become mentally healthy; all knowledge is then converted into wisdom. Many thanks Ely, ~Aba.

Abanerjee - It takes years and years to reach this level of understanding of Man within oneself and react to his many limitations. I believe you have to reach a point where experience brings about wisdom. A beautiful poem. Thanks so much for all the comments and are you ok? It's not like you to make that many spelling errors mere dost..lol.

Oh Aba ~ what deep, profound sensitivity and keen awareness...I read, "But be not attached;" and I simply tip my heart to you ~ It's amazing how many must learn this.  I'm blessed as I (as such, innately) know - it's so important to keep isolated? no, secure in one's self? closer but, more like - be complete--- as one with yourself, in full health so you can share 'life and bliss' with others - yes, it's wonderful to learn from the celestial luster ~ Ely *I'm glad you're getting rest ~ Spring break is almost here eh?
