I see no reason to get attached to a place, either! It all comes down to the bottom line and that is profit for me! I thought it was quite smart to get it in 5 year increments , too! Like you stated one never knows what can happen in the business environment! I am amazed at the changes that have gone on in the past couple of years that you have shared with us! sam
