And I ponder their thoughts on this sunny afternoon,
wondering if their golden tans are the results of sunburns.
And of their lives so distant yet they are so near, in scope!
I rather fancy they are similar to me, another shell in a tanned cloak!
I watch the lovers walk along the shore, holding hands
and catching glimpses of one another with whitecaps in a watery background!
Amazing what can be conjured while lying upon soft grains of white sands...
