I don't think anyone realizes the difficult of running a business. It does take the free time away! Tough days for him! I wish him the very best getting through this season! I don't understand why he would not give a bad employee an evaluation including steps for improvement to keep the job. I would think the poor workers would eventually weed themselves out! sam

Seems like Marty would like the car wash to work while he plays and he'll be  mentally disturbed with his chimney all clogged up like that.......

JKL I’m with you on this one. I guess that your dad should be as well. Good luck. BC-A, Bill’s Roost

I can sort of sympathize with Marty, but he made his own bed...

I think that only Marty
will be able to truly work things out?

I can relate to Marty, its nice not having to answer to anyone, but with me I need the extra income for now but I hope I can quit shortly, or stay at the amount of hours I have now.

well Marty is paying the price of unrealistic expectations and he will
probably have trouble selling too because he will want too much money in a down economy. Sounds like the chapis having some sort of break down.

It is a difficult time...
for people when they are doing something that they do not want to do! However, it sounds like he is overboard emotionally. I agree with you. Why would your father want to take back something that is not doing well! Keep Looking Up! Dan
