TAPS:
I make a salad that would cover the taste of beets because it has lots of vegetables and citrus juices as well as pieces of orange, grapefruit etc., Soak the slices a bit in salted lemon or lime juice, mix into salad and it is good. Expirament with those things you like.

I hope we can pick and choose fromthe list I tis really helpful while

I can't make myself like raw beets.  Pickled beets are good, but I suppose there are no nutrients in them.
