Unfortunately, there is already thieving, manipulation and threats going on - even the aid workers are asking for protection measures. SO sad.

I know they need the help desperately; but the education and economic opportunity need to come about as well! Their location is always going to create problems, but now there is a great opportunity to rebuild to help them sustain their country! sam
