Ah ~ you did deliver this well...spoken with passion and brings the reader to awareness. Wonderful Mercedes/Poetik -

*this reminds me of when I was a child and we shared our names - Mine was Connie Elyse Broussard and this would make some turn their literal noses up in the air - and a giggle with the creole/cajun french (jokes and such) - it gave me a complex - for a very long time - I'm not only french creole but, - I'm english, german, irish and cherokee indian --- I'm a MIX of society - a breed I consider unique ~ Elyse is inspired by your writings ~

Native Americans
Iv'e just spent some time reading alot of your work, it's really very good ! i'm speaking as an Englishman and don't know a great deal about native Americans but you really seem to know your stuf, well done.

Why do people have to stay stupid for years?  I am not sure.  They should listen to him instead of making excuses about his name and do some right things about these issues.

This is powerful! I am a Canadian, and I know a lot of history; but I was suddenly reminded of something that I know but not often think about - how very little I know about the history of our native populations...
