I remember 'Monk' being extremely tense and excellent with it.  As for the Kindle (Kindel?), now Amazon are selling them in Canada and I was looking at them yesterday in contemplative vein.

Stanley Tucci on CBS
Hi, I'm counting on you to keep up the interesting notes.  I really enjoyed that episode of Monk with Stanley Tucci; he's one of those actors you miss when he's not featured in a movie or t.v. episode for a long time. Have a great day.

All this is way over my head - I have no idea who Stan Tucci is or what he looks like...And as far as I am concerned, Kindle Shmindle, I like books where you can write things in the margins and that don't need batteries...

I watched the 12-minute sneak of The Lovely Bones on TV's movies on demand last night.  Rather than see the whole movie, I think I would like to read the book instead (or first) after reading the things you have written about it.

See what we want to see? How about seeing Pat-B publishing her 'Disco Ball' story? I don't think we'll lose printed books. Computers & their language change so fast - one can't really flush a book by accident, but something on the computer?? Scary thought.

you have convinced me to read that book

again, I was already convinced last time, but now I know I will. lol, this week I will get the book. I wonder how kindle will affect our book publishing buisness. I think that paper books will be history sooner than we realize.

Interesting how a name can bring up bad feelings based on another person doing horrible things. First of all Kobe did not touch that woman, they found out in the end that in fact he DID NOT want to touch her and that was what upset her when she went out and claimed false charges against him. It is sad that the media does not publisize the results of such accusations, and therefore everyone assumes that the accusations are always true. Did you see the 5 boys that were accusing of raping a girl, three months after they were arrested and went through hell she finally admited that she made it up. But it ruined the life of 5 young men forever. Yet, OJ simpson goes free after murdering two people, go figure.
