How do I follow Wal-Mart?– Gee thanks, Wiley

It didn’t matter anyway
Christmas joy was here to stay
My home is filled with love-lit hearts
and gifts don’t matter around these parts

Calia

So stepping out into the snow

I really didn't want to know

That my car just wouldn't start

I wouldn't get to old Wal-Mart.

I shall try

the bells ring with joyful sound

children with gleeful song abound

baby born this  star filled night

bringing peace , bringing light.

Once again awaiting that birth

To fill the earth with great mirth

Re: magic moon
oh moon, don't be scared!  It's not a competition, it's a collaboration!  Every addition adds a unique complexity to the poem, I'm sure yours would be a blessing.

But there is always an underlying fear

Whenever the sun draws too near

Because even if at noon the light shines bright

Shadows always hide as dark as the night

And what can be found there with hands held out

Can make me shake and even in the bright light feel doubt

these are so much fun!

How about that, I won't need an e-mail to get me here! I found all by myself!

It’s hard to leave a cozy fire,
rocking, to and fro, playing my lyre.
I think of psalms and a gift of life,
and fellowship without strife.
Good tidings to one and all throughout the lands,
in love, to thee, I extend my hands.

I love being part of these! sammy

Calia I so enjoy these --- You're special and I thank you for offering this collaberation - Elyse

The day zips through by gusts in dash and friskiness

Arrangement extends taunt for those more adventurous

With ease, add spontaneity, I gather my wrap

Even consider…; so take my tobogganing cap

Myriad of wonderful pleasures sprawl into view

This day must be meant to capture; and to renew
