I needed this post!! You always seem to hit right onto what I need to hear! I have been doing the sprint ahead, and falling more and more behind, at that! At the end of each day I find myself weary and frustrated, probably not a joy to be around! I will heed your great advice, and remember to stop and appreciate, relax, and breathe! Thanks much!

I think it great to live in the 'positive'! So man things get accomplished! I tell my children when they say they do not have time, to make time, take stock and the path becomes easier to travel! sam

I am a believer in stopping now and then and surveying the playing field.
So many of our actions are so unnecessary, often ridiculous.
