Maybe the guy has learned a lesson - you can be abrasive, or you can bum cigattes, but you can't be abrasive
and bum cigarettes - people will kick you in your abrasive bum...

In Oregon there are no smoking laws - inside any buildings now (I think that's right), even in bars.

There is a neighbor here that every once in a while knocks on our door to bum a cigarette (Not from me, but from my son who smokes). It kind of reminds you that one cigarette now costs more than a whole pack used to. From me they only bum a cup of sugar or a stick of butter or a roll of toilet tissue.
