- Go to Sleeping Through the Night
I never seem to be able to get on a good sleep routine. Especially since I have to get up earlier now, it's hard to get it all synchronized.

I always wake at least once but that is a potty break and it depends on what I have on my mind if I fall back right away, but I take a half of a sleeping pill

That's great you're finding your sync ~ some people do best with little sleep --- it's great also that you found your father's wisdom ringing.

That's very interesting...my mom used to stay up late, reading each night. I wondered how she could wake up in the morning to get us off to school, but she did, every day...I'm guessing now she had the same method. I am somewhat of an insomniac so I will try this, as well....Thank you!

Rest is so very important! I think I would go insane if I awoke during the night repeatedly! Amazing how situations can help one do what they might not otherwise and when it is beneficial, all the better! sam
