maj, just admitting insanity is a relief and one brother and I do it

periodically, just to flush out the system and regroup......we are delicate people who cope, but not as well as other planetary critters.

And Ajijic has the (google it) most fabulous weather anywhere......It was warm, but no humidity. I cannot take even 20 % humidity and it didn't have even that for all its jungle greenery. Amazing little pocket of heaven, I swear. You could visit in winter.....

sam444: that way lies madness.

Many psych patients I have known or worked with (client or coworkers)will admit, once asked, what a relief it was in some ways to be able to quit pretending to be "normal" once it was safe.

majroj, I found a full 30 minutes of it sitting under a huge rubber tree

in Ajijic, Mexico at the Nueva Posada there on the lakeshore. Japanese lilies clog the shoreline and egrets float and feed and fly around there, white wings stark against the deep green pads. Silence and peace and time to think and a place to watch nature in its routine.

When I move there, come visit and sit or stand there with me, too.....of course and as usual, invitations always include your loved ones.
