You're quite right majroj.   After 25 years as a gung ho, top of the line driving instructor in the UK, I took the coward's way out.  I immigrated to a country that doesn't know its right from its left, and even mechanics don't know what a clutch is, or what I mean when I say petrol.

if one has leverd his szelf esteem on this sort of stuff and it becomes impossible, it's not easy to move on.

And here I was wolf whistling at the guy in the back of the photo.  Realising that you are no longer 'deployable' is a major step in the evolution of the species.  I stopped being deployable as soon as I landed here.

Those photos are not of my exact event, they are generic, byt vewry typical. If any pictures are postd I will try to edit them in for accuracy.

Sounds like a really worthwhile organisation. I avoid cameras too.. Sooner or later we all have to take a back seat. THanks for your visit and feedback.
