Good post. One dose not have to have religion to have morals, one simply needs heart, which all humans regardless of religion have. Blessed Be.

The Fear of the Lord
Great article!  I'd like to add one more bullet to your gun.  (Although I believe that you wouldn't actualy kill anyone with it without a very good reason, and I like that about you.)  I know far too many Christians who use God and doctine as a loophole.  "Having given my life to Jesus, my sins are forgiven, or will be as soon as I repent and ask for forgiveness.  Consequently, I don't need to work very hard to avoid doing wrong."  They justify immorality by serving it on a pretty plate of scripture.  Maybe they'd be better off if they were afraid of God, although the true translation of the word fear has more to do with pure, deep reverence than our concept of being afraid.   "A simple life in the Fear of God is better than a rich life with a ton of headaches." Proverbs 15:16.  "The good life begins in the fear of God." Psalm 11:10

Everything I needed to know I learned in kindergarten! I have a deep love for the Lord but I do not project it on others! I get plenty from Him! But I do agree there are those who do one thing and say another and call themselves Christians, I avoid them as well! sam
