I love this - your expression is flawless
it makes me want to get on and organise Tai Chi lessons (something I have been meaning to do for some time)

Merkie - In the wee hours of the morning there is a group at the park who practices Tai Chi. Very controlled graceful movements. Great advice..loved your poem.

Tai chi is an excercise geared to the individual and can be started and done by any age group older than six years old. I really helps maintain balance and keeping one limber as we age. It is meditation in action!

Tai Chi sounds really good when you describe it like that. I might even try it!
