Not a bad idea taking vitamins if it helps you sleep well. I could use that at times. The side effects are a bit inconvenient though
Here's wishing you a lively day!

Re: As for the "cleansing" and the sleep inducing vitamins...
LOL Pat-B. I imagine it
was the drugs! I promised my daughter I'd try it, so I'll stick it out a week. If nothing changes, she's in for a whopping toilet-paper bill, LOL!

LMAO, Jack FLash. And that's exactly the way I wrote it before the spell-checker highlighted me!! All words should be spelled exactly how they sound, right? Actually, the dictionary gives both spellings (mine & TAPS, but not yours, which looks much more authentic, LOL)).

You and me both are learning, Straighforward. My daughter vouches for them, she's been taking them for a couple of months now, and her 'cleansing' is over. She feels great, and that girl does ALOT of running around, what with working, and 3 very active kids. I'll keep you all updated - even if I have to bring my laptop with me during a cleansing period, lol!

Fancy that, I have just started a "cleansing spree" myself, vitamins, mineral water and plenty of visits to the loo. Not too sleepy though. As for the book, I hope it arrives soon. I'm sooo pleased you ordered it at all.

What a drag on the licorice! I like this idea of cleansing the body even if the rigors are not the most compelling, the benefits will be compelling, indeed! Have a marvelous week! sam

Aparently either/or is right. Either way it is spelled, I don't want any. LOL
I don't think I want any of that cleansing stuff either, though I have watched all those infomercials about it and how everyone has 40 pounds of fecal matter inside their intestines.

As for the "cleansing" and the sleep inducing vitamins...
something about this just doesn't sound right. Vitamins are supposed to boost energy, make you feel stronger. Although the deep sleep and rest is always cherished. Dr. Oz and others who aren't selling anything have said the need to cleanse is only a sales pitch. But I know I felt better after I did the liquid diet and colon cleanse before a colonoscopy a couple years ago. Or maybe it was the drugs they administered during the procedure.

It hasn't changed. It's still likkerish. Check your dictionary and
let me know how it turns out.
