It it's not favorable, I'm gone in a heartbeat! One cannot enter into an agreement if it isn't amenable to all parties! Great thought to ponder, too! sam

time is essential, do the better deal within given time which gives the
most peace....you have to be happy to be good for self or others. So be yourself as possible....
