I think their motto is: maximum inconvenince + good education
It wouldn't be a good school/university if it did not keep you on campus from dawn to dusk, Monday to Friday. Even the language school where I teach is guilty of such attitude but we think it is the receptionists who are to blame: they like to have us keep them company through the long hours.

Anyway, you'll get used to it and since your son is old enough to make Pork chops then you should have nothing to worry about!

I would be exhausted with the changes! I would prefer a more interesting teacher as well! It is so cool your son is pitching in! sam

I'm glad I'm not doing that.  I do love studying and taking classes and even taking tests, but I very much dislike all that scheduling and stuff to get started.  (sign of getting old?)
