Not At All!
What you are experiencing is hope and change and that is why you are feeling bad because since 11/4/2008, it has been winter. However, you will cacth a thawing in 2010 around November then summer, not spring, will pop out in November of 2012! Understand? Do not feel isolated. We are all feeling this way.

No I guess it’s natural to feel anxious during bad times. When the good times come you feel optimistic sure. It’s as long as you can cope. In this way your interests here help you get out your fears.
