Talion, I have to admit that when I don't see bloggers' names, that I forget they are there.  Being busy this month has kept me from searching out some of my favorite writers.  And so, I have missed much in your writing--the death of your father-in-law, your aniversary and I don't know what all.  My belated condolences to Queen V.

I don't envy the position of the family, nor that of your mother-in-law. The only thing one can do is to be as kind as possible in the circumstances. I know it's not easy. My sympathies. Hold Queen V tightly - it will help you both.

I'm so sorry for your loss.
I hope the family can get together and work out a good solution.
