Hmmm now that I read this post Vogue I wonder if the picture of your latest  of the castle and the tree is taken from the far left of this castle... I can see a tree that looks like the one in the photo of your latest post and the drop to the sea... I should have known it was the sea below that drop in the photo and  not a valley :-)  Darn :-)  and no, I am not crazy  loll

Thanks for bringing us along with you!  The comment about the statue talking back to you reminds me of a story from Mystic Seaport in CT (about 1 1/2 hours from me) which berths one of the last - if not the very last - remaining whaling ships in the world.  A few years ago, several groups of people saw a man belowdecks sporting a cap and smoking a pipe.  When they asked the volunteer up top, he said that no-one was working down below.  That led to all kinds of speculation about the Mystic Ghost, which made headlines all over the world.  Pretty funny! Re: Vogue
Moldy ham goes well with biscuits after you knock the maggots out of them.

Fascinating, and great pictures! Mind you, that ham looks a little mouldy, not surprising after more than 500 years...

Amazing pictures vogue
