You call that a vacation? But I'm glad your leg is better! And I admire your saintly patients with those biddies in the doctor's office...

you should really take a week off and travel.

I think you should take another week off and hide somewhere beautiful so those work people can't find you.  Take care of that leg.  Prop it up whenever you can.  Whenever I sit down, I find something to put my feet up.

It was a most unusual vacation! I had a great day playing in my flower beds and rock garden! Have a great week coming up since you have to be back to the ole grind! sam

Yep, one week vacation is NEVER enough: you spend the first week just trying to relax a bit and looking after everything that need to be looked after and then, the week is gone. The second week is usually the really restful one. But having a business and trying to get real vacation is tough (I know, been there, done that!LOL). Try to take it easy my friend!

Since you worked at least two of those "vacation" days, they still
owe you two days off.  If you're tending to business, it's not vacation. And you're right. Next time, tell 'em you're gone and not available by phone. Vacation is part of your pay, and necessary to avoid burnout. But you know that. I'm glad the leg's better and you're finally getting some good sleep.

I hope you have a wonderful day.
I believe you deserve the vacation to go on until Wednesday at least after all the work you did while you were off.
